Referencing labels from Excel in 3D model

Hi,

I have already see this answer but I try it and it doesn't work.

I have a source that imports from an excel file with arrival times and data attached.CF : Modèle-test excel.xlsx And this is working, but when I want to use the labels to make a Triggers, labels doesn't exist.

Hello Amélie,

If you go to the FlowItem Bin and add a number label on any flowitem:

This label will then be added to the picklist options:

However, if the label is a string label, it is not added by default to these picklist options. I think that this could actually be an idea of improvement, I will send this idea to @Parker S.

If a label is added dynamically during the simulation run, like in your arrival schedule table, it is also not added to these picklist options. But anyway if you type the syntax item.labelname, this will work fine as long as the labelname exists on the flowitem.

Thank you for your response, so if I anderstand correctly I can't use "letter" for the "Case" because it's Number Label. I'm right ? 1745419174104.png

You can use text in the Case field, but it should be between quotes:
