I am relatively new to Flexsim. trying to model:
Operator Picks up Order from Queue --> Stops at the 3D Shape to Pickup Cart (Task Executer) --> Operator Transports the Cart to Processor --> Operator Leaves the Cart at the processor and Returns to Queue ---> Operator goes back to Retrieve Cart once Processor has finished Processing and Transport it back to Cart's Original location.
Ultimate Goal: Optimize number of carts and Operators. Also, carts have an uptime.
What is the best way to model this? I am trying to use Process Flow with Synchronize function. I have uploaded my model so far for reference.
