How can i delay a the setup phase so that the operator reaches the processor. As far as i know, once the item arrived to the machine the setup is started, but how can i makeit wait for the operator to do the setup?

That should'nt be the case. If you check the small "Use Operator(s)" check box under the setup time field. The setup time should not start before the operator arrives. In fact the, if you checked this box the processor should go into waiting for operator while it waits for the operator to start setup time.
The operator used should be connected to the processor via center connection or other type of referencing.
