How to calculate the average cycle time?

Dear FlexSim Community,

I am trying to calculate the average cycle time for each product type at different batch sizes. The production process time includes the time from resources are input into production, covering all waiting times at Queue throughout the processes until the product is completed. Are there any preset dashboards available or functionalities that can generate this information?

Hello,

Maybe the Composite Staytime could work for you? You select the entrance and exit objects, and it calculates the stay time between them. The Staytime by Type works the same way, but you can use a label to differentiate item types.

You can find both in the Dashboard Library under Staytime.

Dear Pablo C4,

Thanks for your advice. Dashboard "Composite Staytime"seems doesn't work. I select source be the Entrance Objects but I don't know how to select the Exit Objects. In modal I use the amount move to Queue to represent output.
