I have attached a screen shot of the current model building, The brick walls are grey and need to be white.
As discussed in the post Jörg linked, this is due to the directional default lighting in FlexSim. The wall isn't hit by that much direct light and thus appears more muted than its assigned color.
You can use a plane object as a wall and set it to be "luminous", so you get the full white coloring.
