quisiera saber como realizar una produccion en linea y poner varios processors, pero si la pieza ya se proceso en algun processor, en los que siguen ya no se preocese. y pase a la siguiente, y si se detiene la linea en algun procesor, se dentenga en toda la linea, no se si me explique.
Hello, good day. The most accurate way to do this would be by using process flow, although it might involve somewhat more complex logic. In this simple example model, everything is in 3D, and the way to do it was by connecting the input of the processors independently with the option that the sending (in this case Queue 1) sends it to the first available processor. This way, each processor will take the task if one is busy. However, at the output of the processors, we connect them directly to Queue 2 to prevent reprocessing, doing the same with the others. For the line stoppage, we use MTBF-MTTR, and in the breakdowns tab, we deactivate the “break down member individually” checkbox so that the line stops at the same time and not each processor individually.
