I have attached a sample model to the question. What I am required to do is for the queue1 to release one item when the operator1 is at the processor1. so that the operator 1 can start working on the processor1 workbench.

I don't quite understand what the goal is. The processor will wait until the operator has arrived before it starts to process an item. If you want to make sure that there is always work, just set the inter-arrival time of the source to 0, so it always has an item ready.
