Close / Remove input of Processor if Parameter is set to 0

I have the following setup, i managed to remove the connections from the operators with the dispatcher if the parameter is set to 0.
My following question is how to close the input or remove the input of the processors from queue1 if the parameter is set to 0 and get connected back and also multiplied if set to 2?

Is there also a way that the entry from Processor 1 Count is copied to Processor 1 Operator?
