Hello, I am currently simulating a production facility for offshore wind towers, but I am encountering difficulties with a rework process. My workflow is as follows: steel plates first enter a bending machine, where they are formed into cylindrical sections (virolas). These virolas then move to a longitudinal SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) machine. After this welding step, the virolas need to return to the same bending machine for re-bending (as a rework step). However, in this case, the bending time is no longer 100 minutes, but only 20 minutes. Please note that 100% of the welded virolas go through this re-bending process.
