Version 24.1.1 Not Opening

I started a project in version 24.1 a few months back and had no issues. Now I need to get back to working on it, but I cannot get FlexSim to open. It just freezes when it says "Initializing FlexSim..." in the bottom left. When I open the task manager it shows zero processor/memory usage, like it's not even trying to open. This happens every time I open FlexSim not just my file. I have also tried to uninstall/reinstall the software multiple times.

Version 23.2 opens without a problem, but I need 2024 to open my project I previously started.

Here's an article for why FlexSim might be crashing, (you may need to delete your prefs file.)
