Hi, I´m using HC. In the system I´m modelling when a member of the staff goes on a break an assistant comes to their work desk to replace them until their break is over, but when I am trying to simulate this, if the member of the staff is aquired they go on their break, leaving the patient waiting. How can I make them finish the task and then go to their break, allowing the assitant to take over?
Hello, Poli. They way te get to that may vary a lot based on the logic you are using to build your model. Is it convencional 3D or you are using Process Flow?
