License Server Issues

Hi,


I'm having an issue trying to check out license on our license server since we migrated. I've checked ports and firewalls etc andd it all seems to be ok.


Noticed this error on Server Diags in LM Tools1740740236316.png


Is this ithe issue, and if so, how do I resolve it?

Yes, logged in to server via RDC in an admin account and running lmTools as admin

Hi @johnMatthews , you should have more than just "serverfeature" listed. The fact that you don't indicates that the license is not being read properly from Trusted Storage.

Please open flexsimserveractutil.exe and choose Tools > View License Rights. Make sure you have a license activated, that it is Fully Trusted and Enabled. If not, ping back and we can help you troubleshoot.

Avoid posting full license codes to this public community. If you need to post license info, be sure to start a new question and choose to make it Private.

Hi,

I get this message 1741008262427.png


I've tried re-generating manual xml request and uploading it to the website, but I get this error.

Then tried to create a return xml in serverActUtil, but I get this1741008625325.png

I suspect that the issue may be that the license is still on the old license server (which no longer exists). Is theer any way to return it without having access to the server?
