How to prevent library's packedmedia from loading standard shapes and media?

Hello,

is there a way to prevent the packedmedia node from a library from including standard shapes and media already available in FlexSim?

I have a couple of custom objects (one of them is a version of an Operator). As a consequence, the library's packed media node copies several standard shapes and media regarding the operator to the library file. That inflates the library from 6 MB to 64 MB.

Thank you.

Hey @Gui Vaccaro, can you give us something to help replicate the issue? I haven't been able to replicate it. If you can give us an example model and/or custom user library, and the steps to replicate what you are seeing - or even replication steps with a brand-new model - that will help us better identify the issue.

Hi, @Logan Gold , adding to @Jason Lightfoot 's comment, please see the attached library. You will see a few interesting things:

1- the operator shapes are all added to the packedmedia node even if deleted. Once one clicks reload media, they will come back to the library

2- I created two examples of a dummy queue with different shapes. The one stored in the root branch will keep the shape when the media is reloaded; the one stored in a sub-node and called via dropscript will loose its shape. This gets even worse if flowitems or objects bundled inside a container visual tool (e.g. conveyors) are the objects.

Here is another question related to problem #2:
