*En Queue9 se debe generar un producto cuando el Robot1 haya terminado y traslade el producto del Separator3 al Queue11
*Processor6 no recibirá el producto hasta que el producto halla llegado a Queue12
*El robot siempre debe tener prioridad en atender el separador2
*El operador debe tener prioridad en atender Processor3

I would also recommend after looking at your model, to make sure that your wait for event activities are properly connected. They are throwing a lot of errors that are easily fixed.
