License Activation Error*

Same computer and I downloaded my FlexSim again. why am I having this problem?

Hello @b92,

Your license is already activated. It need to be returned in order to be activated again. Please let me know if you need assistance with this.

Hello, the same situation happened again. Can you help me again for force return? There must be a problem in the virtual machine structure, so FlexSim is removed from the program while actively using it.
