Mouse wheel does not respond while selecting existing dividers

Hi,

I'm reported from our customer that mouse wheel does not respond while selecting existing dividers, though it works while selecting other objects.

That was occurred on my PC too, is it intended? Or was it modified in later version? Could you check it?

Confirmed - this behaviour looks pretty consistent with previous versions. The divider seems to have a weird relationship to the mouse wheel in that it can cause the whole divider to move in unexpected ways and with an endpoint select will cause that endpoint to move to the position of the cursor when the mouse wheel is scrolled. If there is some intention behind this will be a question for the developers.
