Autodesk Interop Module - Multi-version problem

I have installed versions 24.2.2 and 25.0.0 Autodesk Interop FlexSim Module. However, I am not able to switch between FlexSim 25.0.1 and FlexSim 24.2.2 without reinstalling the corresponding version of the Interop module each time. I assume is should be possible to have both Interop moodules installed at the same time and that FlexSim would select the correct version, but so I get a an error message. Can you help?

We've uploaded a new 25.0.2 AdskInterop installer that fixes this issue and the issue where the 25.0 importer wouldn't work without 24.2 also installed.

There were some installer files that weren't correctly updated for the 25.0 versions. Thus, I'd recommend uninstalling both versions of AdskInterop and making sure the FlexSim\modules\AdskInterop directory has been deleted before installing again.

there are some updates out, but not for the Interop, why?
it forces me to update, but with no AdskInterop it make no sence, since we use so many 3D-Shapes and not always its an original Revit-File.
also the 3d-Shapes from OBJ-Files have not been loaded in Version 2025.1.1

@Heinrich AdskInterop 25.1 is up now.

There was a delay getting it out with the 25.1 release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the Update,
after the installation, I got the DWG imported, but other items, like the linked 3D-Parts in format FBX/OBJ/DAE are still not there.

I tried to use a new project-file and I was able to load different file formats.seems during the update for 25.1 there is an issue with the 3D-Item-files stored in the Flexsim file. other idea is, during the update it seems to loose the links.

@Heinrich Are you referencing files located in the 25.0 installation directory?

FlexSim doesn't pack media that's inside its install directory. 25.1 installs to a different location than 25.0, so you'd need to copy your FLEXSIM-Lib directory to the new 25.1 install location or store your media files in another location where both versions can access them.
