Hi Team,
I am facing this issue 2nd time while running scenarios in experimenter. Few experiments are stuck as submitted while these replications are running well in 3D.
Any idea, why is it happening?

@Ankur A3, please check physical resources of your computer system while you are running experiments. I would guess you run out of memory.
A 3D running model can get access to all your computer resources. Experiments must divide them up to each simultaneously.

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.
If your model contains sensitive information, you could first toggle your post as private using the "make private" option under your question's "gear" menu. Private questions are visible only to site moderators. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.
