Issue with Flypath Having Too Many Points for Video Recorder

Hello,

I know this is a very specific issue and I don’t think it’s a priority to fix, but I’m writing this in case it happens to someone else:

If I create a Flypath with more points than the frames I want to create in the same amount of time, the video recorder will create a frame for each point of the Flypath.

Here is an example (really extreme to make sure you notice it):

24.2 test.fsm

When I create a video with the original Flypath, this is the result:

But then, when I add a lot of points, I get this video:

Hello, just to share what i see.

I have been testing, and it doesn't occur only when there are more KeyPoints than Frames. As I have seen, FlexSim calculates the number of Frames that need to be captured based on the video duration and FPS, but it also captures in KeyFrames. Is this possible?

For example, if I create a 10-minute video and a FlyPath with a KeyFrame each second, the video follows one operator. At one moment, the video starts moving backward. Recording at 30 FPS, and If my theory is correct, the FlyPath finishes at 9:40. Testing it, it seems to be more or less like that.

I mean, the simulation time is correct, but the last frame of the video shows the operator at the 10-minute position, while the camera is at 9:40.
